aites so i got about 500 bucks to spend and still debating on what to get weather cosmetics or performence i cant decide:


1.c/f hood w/sti hood scoop
2.front/rear swaybars..(looking at the helix 21mm ones?)
3.defi amber boost gauge..hehe
4.endlinks(do i need this if i get the sways)
5.Gruppe-S Light Weight Pulley
6. Cusco Shifter Bushings
7.hid's
8.samco Ancillary 9pc hose kit
9.intercooler,radiator or turbo inlet hose
10.radiator shroud

as far as the swaybar's and endlinks what would be the best set-up?

the list is kinda long but these are what i came up with so far i guess..anyone got some reccommedations ??

 

when you decide let us know then...im more into performance rather than cosmetics, and i only get things that i really really need...btw that 9 pc hose kit(my opinion) is just for show..

 

so what would you reccommend ?...i was leaning towards performence but besides the turbo upgrade/clutch/flywheel i dont think 500 bucks will help..hehe.. ??

o ya if my next bonus check is big enough i'll just get the turbo upgrade and still debate on these items..hehe

 

rear sway bar w/endlinks, shifter bushings
ic hoses and turbo inlet hose, are the things i would recommend from your list..it really is up to you, and it depends what your going to do with your car...

i would get the swaybars and end links just for the rears only
then intercooler hoses (if your going to keep your tmic)

just the rear sway and endlinks ?..what about the front sway and endlinks ?..is there a diff ?

basically rudy i want hit 13's with my set up now b4 i upgrade turbo..hopefully i'll do it wed..hehe

 

Change the rear only caz that will get rid some of the understeer. Don't worry about the front... adding an bigger front sway will only deminish the purpose of the RSB.

 

It's your cash, so feel free do whatever the hell you want, but if this was my list, I would go like this:

7. hid's

3. defi amber boost gauge..hehe

Wouldn't do the Gruppe-S Light Weight Pulley, and boost gauge is last if you're not really playing with the boost engine management wise. Shifter bushings and sway are something you will feel. The hoses are iffy, I personally wouldn't replace unless mine were broke. Also, I've heard of aftermarkte turbo inlet hoses causing performance problems.

ok after checking reviews and hearing from you all i've narrowed it down to this..

1.zerosports radiator shroud
2.helix rear endlinks
3.helix 22mm rear swaybar
4.cusco shifter brushings
i'm just waiting for my quote from gruppe-s for this stuff..

5.hid's..what kit's are most of you guys running ?..also DO i need the projectors or it would it just utilize the hid's more ?..
6.im gonna hold out on turbo hose for now...the other hoses im waiting for a quote also.

oh ya checkin on that rite now...it seems the whiteline and noltec brushings are getting good reviews...now looking were to get them..hehe
