Tsudo N1 Exhaust Fitment Problems, I need help!
Hi I'm a new member to I-Club. I recently bought and installed the Tsudo N1 Single Exit Exhaust for my 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX Hatchback. Being a newbie I didn't look at reviews or problems about the exhaust and went ahead to buy it because of the price lol. So I ran into problems with the fitment. As far as the hangers, gaskets and the rest of the piping and hardware which are fitting great the only problem is the resonator is touching the under carriage (Heat Shield). Can you guys help me with suggestions on to what I should do? So far I was thinking about going to a muffler shop and see how they can work around my problem. Is a situation like this common or easy to solve? Should I ask them to try and adjust it or do modifications? Another thing I was thinking about is saw off the piping where the resonator normally is located and have them modify it to be just a straight pipe. As much as this muffler is giving me a problem I didn't want to try another exhaust. So using my catback exhaust with a straight-through design no resonator; replaced by straight pipe sound good? Will is reduce my performance?
I'm not really looking for how loud it is or how it looks because the sound is great and the piping design is awesome, but the rattling noise gets to me and the resonator touching the heatshield is my main concern.
Thank you.

resenator is bigger than the actual pipe itself. What I did when I first used a Tsudo catback when I first bought my wrx, i took it to the muffler shop, had them cut the resenator out, then weld the 3 inch piping in its place, and solved my problem from hitting under the car.
Cost me about $20 bucks at my local muffler shop, and didnt change the sound one bit. still sounded deep and throaty. Gluck
