Oil Change 2008 STi

Hey i-club. I'm getting my first oilchange. I'm acutally 500 miles over the oil change marker :/ Any suggestions of what oil I should use?

I use Castrol Syntec 5W30 in the walmart 5 jug things and a bosch premium filter.

5w30 Full syntentic with a bosch filter (:

That is the one oil I would stay away from. I have rebuilt so many motors that ran Mobil 1 that wound up with spun a bearing. Dont get me wrong, mobil 1 is a good oil just not on our motors.

Just check your oil often if you're using that thin stuff.

Thanks for the input everyone! I'll keep that in mind. So oil change every 2500 miles?
