Not sure what kind it is. It is pure stainless with rather thick flanges.

luktang: yes 400 for 1 set

PSI-PWR not sure what the downpipe brand is but I took a better pic for you. It looks like a really nice one. That STI topmount is not for sale, but one will be on Wednesday.

chakming888: it is 2 ways adjustable and I think 22mm
