Good luck with that...very limited on engine bay space I believe. Anything can be done with enough fabrication & money. Lemme peruse the interweb for a bit....

i would love to do a twin set up on one of those. but personaly I think the newer 3.0 is better. I have not tested this but I am prity sure you can use wrx parts in the 3.0. this is something I have wanted to do for a long time. port some heads get wrx forged rods and pistons and slap them in and run a t77 on that ***** till it pops . I would want to build an auto and have no intercooler just reverce the intake and do as short as piping as posable. just spray it with NO2. and when I want to drive it on the streat bipass all the boost to the WG so I dont have to worry about not having an IC I bet I could do some killer 1/4 mile runs with that thing.

yea im not to sure a bout the turbo charging the svx motor. ive looked for the 3.0 (not sure if its an eg or ej) but it would be cool if i could find a 3.0 litre. im not looking to spend over a 1000 dollars. pretty much what im trying to say is how can i make my 2.2 fast?

i agree with awdimprezaL- i just purchased a 2k impreza L 2.2 with 151K miles on it- car runs perfectly. BTW i also have a '94 1.8L, 2k GC8 w/ 2.0T, and had a 2.5 RS- may favorite now is my n/a 2.2L. I guess i can call it the "327" of the subaru.
