Car Info: MY00, Impreza 2.5RS, Saab Yellow
If I add headers?
Hello all I have a MY97 Legacy L 2.2 with these power mods:
Stromung exhaust (axel back)
STi exhaust hangers
Weapon-R intake(w/ another type of filter)
Lighten pullys
Exedy stage 1 clutch
ProECM chip
Now I know a person that has a new set of headers that fit my car.
I want to know the Pos and Neg to haveing this to my setup, and if I need to add anything if I would get the headers.

Hey Mark..how have ya been? When I got my headers the only thing I can see that some people might not like is the loudness. (then again I also have the scoobysport box and stromung non-resonated mid-pipe too) Other than that I have no idea of any bad points.

The only thing that I have herd is that I would lose low end tork. But how much my car is said to have the most low end tork out of all the scoobys.

I've got borla headers as well.
The sound is very nice, much deeper and un-even than the stock sound.
lots of pops and burbles too.
but yeah, I imagine the performance gains are minimal unless you had enough work done to the rest of the engine to require free-er flowing exhaust.
