It is actually stated @ 17+ ft/lbs over stock but its down low in the rev range and THAT is where it counts for a street car.

I've been wondering how much just the header from TWE normally sells for. I think rallitek.com had the entire exhaust for around $800 but I can't remember exactly. Supposed to be one of (if not the best) pieces for subies. I think it is since you can at least get one for under $1500
You know what I'm talking about...

Nonono. RalliTEK's header is $699 I think. TWE's is $948.
RalliTEK bought theirs from the same SEMA supplier that produced for OBX, who sells an identical equal-length header for $295, on eBay. (Just go to eBay Motors and search for "Subaru +headers" and the Buy It Now auction will come up.)
Several months ago there was a problem with the front O2 bung location not being in the proper location, I think it was. To my knowledge, no further fitment issues exist with the OBX.
OBX:

As you can see, the OBX/RalliTEK uses a cat-delete pipe. It doesn't have the OE bend to mate to a stock cat section, like the TWE does. To my knowledge, TWE has the *only* N/A headers that does:

RalliTEK, OBX, Cobb and Brullen (who is now out of business, and I think their headers were produced by iON Performance), all use the same type of design. The rear flange goes straight out, to a straight cat-delete or small cat section pipe, that hooks up to the OE midpipe. Only the TWE's has a bend, to mate to the stock, TWE, or Stromung cat pipe.
I'll personally probably end up with an OBX, just for cost reasons. RalliTEK may charge a lot more, but you also get service from there, whereas you'd be hard pressed to ever get in touch with OBX about the headers, if it's an eBay purchase (indirectly sold, to boot). Whether that matters, is up to the buyer.
I'd remove the cat-delete resonator and weld in an actual cat, and rear O2 bung as well. Just because I don't believe in removing all cats. I have a Stromung cat pipe now, which already has removed one.
