Ya, ive got the borla's along with a 2" midpipe with a WRX muffler. Sounds nice.
If I was just getting a muffler though, I'd get a magnaflow muffler and have it installed... I got a quote for around $140 for that from my local muffler shop. DDman has that muffler on his car and its nice and rumbly. He also has the borla headers, so its even more rumbly
BTW, if you have the EJ18, take off the intake silencer in the fender well. You will actually notice a power improvement if you do (as well as a deep mean sound)

really? cool, I'll go take a look at it this afternoon, I have never been up in there before. I remember trying to take the inner fender out once and found it was put in with these plastic bolt things that just ended up breaking when I tried taking them out.

Removing the fender liner is the worst. The rest is easy. You can see how I did mine on my web site:

I have a Magnaflow on my Audi, and it gives a nice deep sound (my 5 cylinder has a cool rumble similiar to a boxer). Good quality piece, too.

The cars not going to sound like a Honda because its a totally different design. All your going to hear is the boxer engine. It has a deep rumble to the exhaust and nothing like a muffler on a Honda. You could ask some of the Mid-A guys from the nasioc who heard it before it was changed out.
