the one that they make for the RS would probably work, because it uses the stocker headers with a custom up pipe, the only issue would be engine managment, ide say the 2.2 could handle more then the 2.5 because of the lower compression

I was told by someone at COBB tuning that boosting an EJ22 is a bad bad idea. I have one in my 97 OBS and was thinking about doing it but chose not to. The compression on the EJ22 for 97 is about 9.8:1.

i have a 98 impreza L. I put a 2.5 engine in it, but retained the STOCK 2.2 ecu. I run 6psi and 100 shot of nos. Doesnt freak the computer out at all. I have no kinda engine or fuel management. only fuel upgrade is walbro fuel pump.

dynapar on here turboed his 1995 impreza LX automatic, 4psi, wrx intercooler, turbo legacy injectors, and SM6 for managment. they can handle boost better then sohc dohc n/a 2.5s!
