2.2 borla headers

I've got a 2.2 and my spt exhuast is not enough I want the headers as well...... but..... Does anyone know how that effects emisions?? are u able to pass smog each year?? and also how much is the gain and do you all think it is worth the money?????????????thanxxx

replacing headers as far as I kno has absolutely no bearing on emissions, (if u leave the cat the same) and as far as performance, I think its minimal. A little hp, less weight, and better sound

Borla headers are technically illegal emissions-wise. I don't think they will cause you to fail the sniffer test though. It does help on peformance, but not a tremendous amount. Good midrange gains, not much up top. But it's worth the retail price just for the sound. Amazing.
