I can't say oh yea I do it all day but the first 4x I was 15.4-15.2
then I figured out that 5500k feathered launches were great for 60 ft's but hurt my 1/4 cause I'd used the gears improperly...
I finally figured out that 3200-3500 feathed launches are awsome...
with my current mods + cams and lightweight flywheel (replacing crank pully to OEM) I'd deffinally get high 14's like it ain't no thing...
However, that same nite I ran my 15 some dude with just intake and exhaust + the Zex system did mid 14's all day... so you might want to take that into consideration.
