Im hoping for a 14.0 no nitrous (dont want to jinx myself though) when I get my new engine back in a week or two, but I just have to break in the pistons and wait for this damn snow to melt before I can go to the track!!

Well, thats at 6000 ft above sea level lilnasty, you lose 18% of your HP at that altitude.

Better option for drag racers, sure. But for those of us who are involved in the 47,832 other forms of racing which involve turning, turbos are far superior. But hey, at least the juice won't get you a timeout from CHP and a date with a referee.

I can't say oh yea I do it all day but the first 4x I was 15.4-15.2
then I figured out that 5500k feathered launches were great for 60 ft's but hurt my 1/4 cause I'd used the gears improperly...

I finally figured out that 3200-3500 feathed launches are awsome...

with my current mods + cams and lightweight flywheel (replacing crank pully to OEM) I'd deffinally get high 14's like it ain't no thing...

However, that same nite I ran my 15 some dude with just intake and exhaust + the Zex system did mid 14's all day... so you might want to take that into consideration.
