a special shout out to a ms. kent who decided to help my fund my purchase of my awesome tein basics when she decided to rear end me. easiest 800 i ever made. im already over the nicks, and i figure when i go home to ny it'll probably get worse anyway.

It was self-inflicted by me. . . stupid me . . . but lesson to be learned!
And no . . . this hasn't been repaired yet. . . gonna cost me $150.
Kinda sad

nice lookin rides everyone =D i love our cars. well as much as we wish we could keep our cars without any dings dents or scratches its virtually impossible -_-. i just noticed chipped paint on the side of my rear fender. im worried the chip is gonna spread, what do you guys think? also im plannin on painting my brake calipers today, im gonna get the paint and do it with a friend of mine today so if anyone is interested ill post up a overview of the whole process and pictures of the outcome. btw im painting them red =D might even make a brembo stencil but probably not.. seems really fake if i did that huh ;P

cobb cylinder heads.
i checked out cobbtuning.com and I thought that they stopped making parts for N/A cars and focused more on turbo.
What I found was that they have cylinder heads availiable for purchase for our year model.
Its expensive though for a pair...

looks like the Eibach Pro-Kits are the best option from what I've read. The Whitelines only give a 1" drop.

From what I hear the Eibach's are one of the best choices.

J-chow, i feel for you man. what did you back up into? and im still using the osrams silverstars. i love em. i think the pic is a little misleading because of all the yellow light from the lamps. the silverstars arent that white, but they are damn bright. hey that rhymes.

Guess no one here has them on yet?
There are many different springs you could try.
Tein: H or S techs
Eibach Pro
Sti Pinks
Prodrive
Those are the ones I can think of now . . . probably more out there.

I am considering trying the STI pinks or Eibach Pro kit.
I would love to see pics of someone else's car with them
on though.

a question..
i was looking for parking and i was going to parallel park and while i was parking, i heard a grinding sound and when i checked what it was, there was like a narrow rock on a pole grinding on my left sideskirt.
now i'm left off with a 3+ft long scratch deep into the enamel. well, not too deep, but deep enough to show the white powdery thing.
I have crystal gray metallic touch up paint at home for my future project of painting my side mirrors..
Would it be a wise decision to just touch up the 'scar' or bring it to the shop and have it professionally done?
