Can you give me some details about what you had to do to install the STI axleback? Any changes, or does it bolt right up? I've heard that the flanges will line up, but if it's a different diameter I don't see how that works.

Yeah Im running an axleback.
The guys whre I went were super honest. One guy quoted me 200 bucks installed. The muffler alone costs 189. Bolted on the flange firsts, then worked the pipe back to the muff, took it all off, welded it, and bolted it back on. fits and sounds amazing, no muffler wiggle (had a buddy follow behind as i went over some RR tracks.)
Plus if i need, it comes off and stocker muff goes on for warranty.
How about the crankshaft pulley guys, thos really add anything? its not an underdrive, its the rallitek lightweight.

I've got the Unorthodox on order, its a light weight stock size, i can let you know if i see any deffernce, tho more then likely I'll have to run some 1/4 with my vector fx2 since i'm still fairly new at this stuff. But I found this on boxer4racings add for the pully
. Now Cobb says thier pulls is 4lbs lighter then stock at 1.2lbs. So I'm guess that would mean out pully is about 5.3-5.6 lbs. So by that math, we should get about 10 hp easy, plus some torque since what we are really doing with this mod is removing some of the parasitic lost that is in the stock part. (hope that makes since to someone other then me )
An average of 2.7 HP is gained from every pound lost off the crank shaft.

I've got a short throw as well, but I wouldn't pick up the Subaru's way to expensive in my opinion, I got a B&M (I think that’s the brand) for $85 from a local tuner shop, plus it came with the hardened shifter bushings.
