Question Would you guys recommend a new turbo?

Hello all
I am putting a new engine into my 2000 RS and I am pretty sure I am going to go with an ej25t. I am hoping to make around 400-450 hp. I think Im going to buy the shortblock from Cobb and mix match the rest together. I may also wait until Cobb releases their heads. I was wondering what I should do turbo wise. I will have adequate fuel delivery, and my engine management and exhaust will be more than up to the task, but I need to make sure that whatever turbo I choose will be able to flow enough air...

FP green. I hear vishnu highly recommends them. Second choice would be an HKS kit..

Garret rotated mount or Garret GT30R hybrid. I am getting ready to install a Garret GT30R GT12 hybrid that bolts to the standard subie plumbing on an EJ257. If you want 450 crank hp this will be more than enough. If you want 450 whp, you definitely need a garret rotated mount turbo...
