I did it at the same time as a turbo install so Its hard to say, but I think if I were to do it again it would take about 1 1/2 hours, a DP is really simple, 2 bolts to cat back, 5 bolts on the tubo, and two other mounts on the stock DP to like the trans, only pain is getting to a couple bolts on the bottom of the turbo.

B&B. From Mr. Dyno(something like Gtech), I got 15hp and 20lbs of torque at peak out of it. The hanger is off by 1/2 an inch though... but I am a satisfied customer. =)
