What else should I do?
I found out today that I have either a bad rod bearing .. or a bad main bearing.
So I am going to have the fun of paying for a 2.5L STi block to be swapped into my '02 WRX.
I'm looking for ideas on what else I should do while I'm in there.
I'm already going to be deleting the TGVs, installing a turbo inlet hose, and putting in an upgraded oil pump.
I've heard about people using different gaskets and getting a small power and/or torque boost ... but not sure how or which gaskets.
I'm also thinking about putting some headers on, unequal length, because I like the boxer sound.
I currently have:
STi 6MT
VF34
pink injectors
3" turbo back
up-pipe
APS TMIC
K&N drop in
COBB AccessPort (will be ProTuned)
Thanks for the help
