I saw "turbo" and "ebay" in the same sentence. No, not a good idea.
Stick with VF series, ATP, Element tuning, Forced Performance, and Blouch. Few others out there but those are the most common.

They are all made overseas but Most of the larger name brand manufacturers use Good quality stuff, and alot of them put some work into them cleaning them up when they get here.
The Larger companys also offer warranty which is worth it in the long run not to mention rebuilds should you ever need it.
Spend the extra couple hundred bucks keep out hard working turbo builders in business it will be worth it in the end.
"Cliff Notes" Ebay turbos = Crap quality...
