Here are some pics of the new tial ms-v wastegate which is essentially a 38mm with v-bands compared to a 44mm wastegate. This new wastegate is tiny Also some teaser shots of some notched tubing and welds. This will be going on a ewg uppipe that will be rerouted back into a cobb downpipe. Would of finished it today but realized my box of what I though was 1.5" flex bellows is actually 1.75" flex's so need to order some more before I can do final welding/assembly.

The new wastegate uses larger inlet tubing 1.75" compared to 1.5". Also is over 1" shorter in height compared to the older 38mm.

Finally got this finished. Got the flex bellows finally this afternoon and immediatly started working on it. I just have one more weld to do on the flex bellow and its all done. I use gaskets to stimulate everything fully bolted. Tial 38mm v-band wastegate, hks uppipe, cobb dp.

 

Great job, that is seriously some quality work. I'm considering EWG on my 08... it's sooooo tempting!
