I have the K&N as well and I cen say that you will definately get a power increase. Even my well calibrated butt dyno told me that. plus it looks real cool, ya know matching and all

In many cases an aftermaket intake will cause your car to run lean. I saw one case were the guy stated that he could feel the power increase, did a dino run and infact did have a few HP gain but the A/F ratio was lean. They retuned the car to fix the lean condition and the HP was back down to stock levels.
Most STI tunners will agree that the intake is of little use until your at a MUCH higher HP level.

I don't agree.
Turbo back kicks butt, Helix down pipe and HKS carbon fiber
Perrin lightened pully is another WOW, thats incredible mod. Its was on and done in under 10 min.
Intake also ranks high.
Polished turbo is amazing as well.

Just try K&N. The typhoon was designed to mimic the stock air box air flows through the MAF. I have been running it on my car for a few weeks with no problem. Even now with Cobb stage 2.
