12.99 is a joke with all that stuff at zero elevation. I ran 13.068 with a 1.699' 60' at 500' elevation bone stock.

I ran 13.0 @ 104 with downpipe and catback exhaust.
This also wasn't a very clean run. I hit my rev limiter at the top of 2nd gear. So definate high 12s with just exhaust mods are possible.

Its all up to the driver. The STi is very driver dependent. There are a bunch of guys only running mid to high 13s in their STi's. They haven't figured out how to drive them yet.

If your not pulling sub 1.80 sec 60' times in an STi, you need practice.
