I like the sound of the HKS SSQV BOV, but everybody say when you have a stock car its bad for the car or it makes your car run rich blah blah blah. Then when is it the right mods to put a bov in? what recommondations do you guys have?

its never the right time to put on a BOV. Its bad for the engine and the running rich it causes cannot be tuned out. However, a BPV (recirculating BOV) which your car already has one of, can be upgraded once your running more than 22psi of boost.

it dont matter. yu don't lose boost! you lose spool up time haha. makes u slower but u get the benifit of the cool sound. My HKS BOV should be coming in soon and I expect it to make my car slower.

If you want the sound take out the "snorkel"
do a search for snorklectomy and your should see what I am talking about.
basically it will let you hear the stock BPV better and also the intake better
