well thats funny the K&N air filter that was used on 2002 wrx was actually made possible by someone other than K&N and truth be told all it did was make the air flow the same as the stock air box which made it possible to reflash, so I would like to see the test of this unit.

Go read the "cold air intake debate" sticky in the EJ20 forum. All of the info there applies to the STi. Summary: cold air intakes are a waste of money.
