Correct me if I'm wrong but I think an FP red will do it and pretty sure a GT52 (30) will do it.

I've seen 400 whp hit an 11.2 but again, that's dyno speculative. He was running a GT35 which is much bigger than the two I mentioned. The FP Red and 20g as far as turbos go are on the cheaper end when getting into serious power. The GT52 is offered through Element Tuning and is a great turbo from what I've seen. My friend just put one on his STi with injectors, TBE, FMIC, CAI and UTEC and his runs really strong.

At this point I'd use a GT52 over any other turbo on a stock motor. Otherwise, APS TSR 70 all the way.

how much does the GT52 run for? Does this turbo need alot of mods with the set up?

Not particularly, nothing more than a bunch of bolt ons. I'd recommend the normal bolt ons and if you're able run Hydra EM with Aquamist. It's a pretty nice set up, especially if you get Element (Paul) to do your tune, he knows all the ins and outs of that set up. Check out Element Tunings website if you're interested.

Check out my reply to your post in the norcal FS section. PM me if you need clarification. Horsepower is not the barrier to running 10s. Supporting mods, and $$$ to fix broken parts while practicing to cut a good 60' on slicks is what prevents people with 600, 700hp from running 10s.

Hm while I'm at it - I think you can flatfoot with the stock ECU but you sure as heck can't launch with boost or use any type of antilag w/o a standalone. Both of which are pretty much a neccesity on fast imports.

You need to build the engine correctly...if you want it to live long.
