greddy oil block adapter leak

ok so i got a greddy oil block adapter and its leaking where the adapter meets the oil filter...not a lot but enough to **** you off....i thought it might have been a bad o-ring on the oil filter but i just changed the oil and its doing the same thing again....any ideas?

If the filter is tightened properly by hand, it shouldn't leak unless the mating surface on the block adapter isn't true (or flat). You would have to remove the adapter to check the surface with a machinist's straight edge but I don't think there's a way to fix it if the mating surface is uneven.
