gauge problem? or tune? overboost?

so its been like this for a while now, wen i boost it, WOT, my boost gauge read passed my target 16 or 18psi depends wat map i have on it, it just keeps goin to 20psi almost 25. it doesnt spike to those numbers just keeps goin up. and no cels are thrown after. ????

so is it my boost gauge?
or is my tune off?
over boost?

i think this might have caused my cracked ringland.

You should try pulling some logs just to double check. It also could be boost creep.

i believe it starts below 0 but i think all the numbers below 0 is for vacuum?? and when engine off its at 0

but oil press is all the way down and it makes a really annoying beep sound until i turn the car on again or take the key out fully.
