did you have collision repairs performed after your accident?
if so you need to talk to your insurance company, and the bodyshop that performed the repairs. they are responsible for problems that have come up later on, related to the repairs performed to your vehicle.
the dealership isn't responsible if there are problems resulting from the collision repairs performed, or if your aftermarket exhaust pieces are hitting the underneath of your car, so you should check that stuff out before bringing it in to the dealership.

did you notch your subframe when you installed the headers? most of the headers out there will rub the subframe when you get on it, sounds like a .knock knock knock. check to see if the headers are rubbing the subframe and you might have to cut/grind a bit of it off(the subframe not the headers)
and whatever you do DO NOT take your car back to the dealership with all those mods, even if its something that you dont feel has anything to do with your mods you will be in for a rough time
