Boost creep on a stock STi?

I don't know, I hit 16.5 psi out on the track and I have zero engine/exhaust/turbo/management mods. My PSI3 recorded a peak boost of 16.5 and had triggered the high boost alarm. It could have been an anomolous reading or a one-off occurance though.
