Boost creep on a stock STi?

Engine mgmt cannot fix boost creep, it may help reduce it, but not enough to safely pull in 5th and 5th gears. Porting the wastegate and maybe even replacing the flapper are needed.
I had my wastegate ported and still got creep. Then I had a Black Hole flapper installed and now its perfect.
