APS SR40 up grade?

APS SR40 up grade?

Hi everyone.. can anyone tell me if I'd up grade my 04 sti with a sr40 turbocharger, do I need to up grade the fuel injector? what kinda of HP I will putting out? FMIC will help?

I would upgrade the injectors if u plan on running above 380 HP...which would not be that hard with a SR40 with some other upgrades....
I have seen mixxed reviews, theres one guy over in the east bay with a STI and a sr40 and some other mods and hes doin 310WHP (around 425-435 crank) on a low reading Mustang dyno.......which should be in the low 12's.
As with many turbo upgrades a FMIC will help....more so if u want MAX power.

Hey i spotted an aps sr40 turbo on ebay, i was going to buy it but i dont have enough money for injectors and the EM. Check it out its at 500 at 25,000 miles. It sounds like alot but turbos last long depending on how he took care of it. Better check before the auction ends.
