I think you just could be in the 290-300whp range.

wow, good whp last time, what was your tq?

I dont think you will hit 300whp though you might come close! Problem is even if you have alky so you can raise your boost and increase your timing advance, it doesnt change the fact that your VF39 cannot phsically pump out enough air to hold more than 12-13psi at after 6K. So you will get a massive bump in your midrange hp and peak tq, but not much to your up top peak hp. same goes for the headers, I picked up a ton of tq in the midrange with them, but still didnt help up top when the turbo runs out of breath. Let us know how it goes though, a torquey fast spooling motor is WAY more fun than fun than a laggy peaky high hp car though, trust me Ive done both in my STI, you will probly stop caring about peak hp numbers after the first time you charge out of a 20mph corner like you just got shot out of a cannon!

The Gruppe-S is a very low reading Mustang dyno. Stock STI's run about 210-215 whp. This isn't a bad thing. Pay attention to the percentage increase from stock on this dyno, rather than what your end numbers are. 300 whp on this dyno is about 360 whp on the average Dynojet.

My '05 STI with a TD06 20G, Spearco TMIC, 860 Helixes, Gruppe-S jet coated headers, Walbro 255 fuel pump, and meth injection at 20 psi trailing to 17 psi on a conservative, daily driver tune is 309whp/328wtq on this dyno. Before adding the meth, I was at 296/309 on the same dyno. Now, I'm still about 48% more whp than stock and 56% more wtq. I can live with that, and I'm not worried about blowing up my stock block at these levels with a good tune! That's still over 400 crank hp for a daily driven street car.

You have a really great set up their.I think you should be fine with that
amount of power on your stock block as long as you respect the power
and are not always in boost.I think your numbers are very impressive Congrats.

I found the proof I was looking for:

Done on an '04 with topmount and 100, plus the Warfield touch.
