Well if you figure 20-25% drivetrain loss, that works out to between about:
288-300HP at the crank and 348-362 ft-lbs Tq at the crank.
First off call Dbtuned Paul will line you out in a few min, but to give you an Idea:
Pauls shop rate is $105/hr IIRC. Figure about $300-$400 for a protune depending on how much time he has to invest. [ *Its Best to call Paul and ask though, I don't speak for him so in the end its all up to Paul. ]
As far as keeping up with on the street, I don't know what to tell you, I haven't really raced anyone. I ran a 13.8 at sac speedway before the added power. My butt dyno that has been carefully "pucker calibrated" lends me to think I'm at around a 13.0-13.1 right now. Well see in the spring I guess. Honestly, unless I install PPG gears I don't know if I'll be doing any more engine mods. I have plenty of power and got 22MPG my last tank.
Too make it live, change the fluid regularly, don't drop the clutch ever, dont short shift, dont grind gears, keep launching to a minimum, and no donuts.
But for Tranny upgrades:
RA gear sets run something like $2700ish installed
PPG gears run $3800 for just the set not counting syncros, bearings, shift forks etc.......maybe $5000-$6000ish.
Sti tranny swap runs from $3500-$7000, depending on what you pay for the transmission and if you can sell yours for money.
Have fun.

No, as long as you don't abuse your tranny. I have a hybrid engine, 2.5 STi shortblock and 2.0 wrx heads. I am currently at 311awhp/377awtq for about 20K now and my tranny is fine. As stated before don't drop the clutch, grind gears, mis-shift, drive like a numb nuts, etc. and your tranny will last you for a long time to come.

Damn. Those are some nice numbers, I'm a bit jealous. I have similar mods (Greddy Evo2, Crucial DP) with an EcuTek tune by Mike. I got this way before the AP2 was available for the 07. I made 229.2 whp and 271.5 ft-lbs.
The only cars I've had a chance to run against was a stock G35 and a stock Evo VII and I was able to take them.
