Will these mods make me run lean?

If the intake mod is just removing the snorkel, than no your car will not run lean. Removing the snorkel is a pretty safe mod IMO, It was the FIRST mod I ever did at like 5k miles when i installed an K&N air filter also, and I havn't had any problems.
However removing the cat. converters might trigger an p0420 CEL code for cat. efficiency, and depending on which upipe you are using you might get some EGT CEL as well. Some upipes come with a resistor instead of an EGT bung so they just trick the ECU into thinking the temps are good all the time and those I believe are less likely to throw an code. The cat. efficiency code will not effect how the car drives or anything like that, I'm not sure if an EGT code will put the ECU in limp mode or not, since I've never had that code happen on my car.
Also an aftermarket BOV is not something you really need at all at this point, and after trying out one myself I ended up selling it because of the rich condition between shifts that was making driving less enjoyable for me.
What pulley kit are you buying?

Both are good choices. I have the GFB pulley kit installed for about 25k miles, and have not had any problems with it. The only downside that I have noticed, is that if your car is idling for a few minutes with the lights/radio/heat or a.c. on the lights will dim and voltage will drop.
I know because i used to have the OEM voltage meter installed and I used to watch it dip down. However, it will go away(the voltage will go back to normal) as soon as the rpms rise another 100-200rpm though.
They are excellently made though IMO, great quality and do provide noticable gains.

To answer your origional question, no I can't see any reason as to why thoes mods would make you run lean. As paulrex mentioned the BOV will make you run lean between shifts unless you get a unit that at least partially plumbs back to intake - not really a big deal, but you will get 0 performance increase. Of course the psssttt sound is addicting.

Your stock fuel system will be able to handle thoes mods pretty easily. Your ECU will be able to run with thoes mods, with possible CELs due to the missing cats. This will only be a problem when you try to pass emissions. As for the ECU, if you want to get the most out of your mods get an aftermarket ECU. The ECUTEK is dealer programmable (your stock ECU reprogrammed) only so that might be a good option if you are not willing to learn. The UTEC and the XEDE are the top choice for growth options and versatility, and are not very hard to leard, but you can mess up your motor if you do something stupid.
