What is this hose?

IIRC that hose is supposed to go back to your factory EBC. I ended up just putting a screw in it to seal it up as I dont use the factory EBC. I dont really think it would matter if you didn't seal it. However something could get sucked into your engine.

That hose returns the "bleed" air from the boost solenoid into the intake system. Since this "bleed" air is already accounted for by the MAF when it enters the system, cutting it or unpluging it will have an effect on AFR (not sure how much). The only reason I can think of to open this line to atmosphere (I'm assuming that you would plug the intake nipple such that you did'nt allow unfiltered air in) would be to richen AFR a little (I see you have a intake, which might lean your AFR, depends on brand of intake) but I would think that this would be highly erratic. I would'nt do it, if you need to richen the AFR get a unichip, utec, etc and do it right. Also, thourghly understand any mod you make that will affect AFR, and why you are doing it, otherwise you may damage your motor.
