if you want something quite that looks nice with great bragging rights, get a Fujitsubo RM01-A! and guess what? i have one for sale! it'll fit any usdm downpipe because i got it re-welded! how wonderful!

I got the full cobb tuning and went w/ cobb u/p, d/p, and exhaust. I also went ahead and got the accessport too. The sound isn't too noisy and is only a bit louder than stock, but it's definitely what a flat four should sound like! My buddy has a stock STi and was jealous of the sound.
The pipes are the bottle neck on stock wrx's and so once you open up the pipes you can gain about 30% of the performance back. Chip + TBE + u/p + d/p should get you close to 60-70 HP. It's a world of difference.
Whatever route you decide to go, you'll definitely see and feel the difference!

thats what i wanted but the subaru mechanic here said he preferred perrin or invidia. he said helix was ok but it was cheap and not cost wise. will a manifold turn that quiet loud?

Im always for the greddy evo2. Full 3 inch catback, stainless stell piping with a nice muffler. Not really a huge fartcan n1 design but its got a nice big tip. Not loud but not really that quiet imo. Matched up with a dp and up it would sound perfect.

im running a greddy evo with a perrin catless downpipe. Its not loud at all compared to the helix exhaust setup or cobb tbe. Definately wont catch any cops attention if you're not driving like a madman or sitting next to him at a stoplight
just wanted to add...its only a hair louder than my prodrive axleback. that kinda gives u a better idea of the loudness of the greddy

+1 for EVO2
I felt it was a bit louder than I expected. Now I do not even notice the exhaust sound. Compare to the other exhausts, this is the quietest one! You need to hear the other exhausts in person (damn they're loud).
