Heh... you may want to reread my post... I guess I should have bolded the word bad in the phrase "major bad mod".

I have never seen ANY tuner who knows anothing about the WRX recommend putting a CAI on a WRX with such a small amount of mods. I HAVE heard over and over problems with them running even richer than usual because the altered airflow seriously confuses the MAF and makes the ECU think the car is running really lean so it keeps dumping more fuel in.

this is all assuming that my memory is semi-functional of course...
