good luck getting anyone to reply on this issue. I just asked a similar question and got nothing.
All I've been able to find is on www.scoobytuner.com and it's an electronic water spray kit that acutally uses one of the empty slots near your fog lights and cruise control for the switch for it. The only issue is, the thing cost $329.00.
You can also get a Cusco water spray kit and it has a lot more features, but the controller for it is bing and clunky and doesn't really mount easily anywhere on the dash and doesn't really look like it belongs...
If you find anything else, I'd love to know. I'm looking at putting something like that in for my 04 WRX.
