Stage 2 Boost problem

Ok,

So a few weeks ago I reflashed to the Stage 2 Cal. map and the gains were excellent. I was boosting 17lbs. with no issues. Last week, I was only boosting 8lbs. with no other symptoms. Idle is fine, idle vac is between 16-18lbs., no CEL.

After reading some of the other threads, I decided to adjust the wastegate tensioner. This yielded minor results, up to about 10lbs.

2 days later, the boost fairy showed up and full boost was back. Since the wastegate was overtightened, I was getting boost spikes upwards of 18-20lbs. I stayed off the gas until I had a chance to readjust the wastegate. However, I never got that chance, because yesterday, I was back down to 10lbs. again.

My question is this: Does this seem like an issue with the wastgate not sealing properly, like something is stuck in it, or is there a flag in the Stage 2 flash that causes a low boost condition if there is a misfire, or bad gas or something along those lines?

Mods are as follows: Helix UP, Crucial DP, Crucial High Flow Catted Mid, Borla Hush catback. Stock BOV. Stock airbox.

I have a TBE with no EM and I was getting spikes also. I cycled the wastegate actuator by hand about 10-15 times just to see if I could here anything abnormal or if I could feel it sticking. I did that about 3 weeks ago and haven't had a boost problem since then. I don't know if it was coincidence or not but you may want to try that.
