Yeah I've been able to see in my UTEC logs how it leans out my mixture. Much the same as how the atmo BOV richens up the mixture a little right after a shift. I guess somebody could use the two to even each other out, but since their effects are in different places in your powerband, I doubt it.

What exactly did you log on the UTEC to see it lean out (injector duty cycle, mass flow) or did you have the wideband O2 hooked up? I gotta get together with you and Richard when I get my UTEC.

The WB (techedge v1.0) and the UTEC's built in knock correction.
Dude, the UTEC is awesome, but I ain't gonna lie to you. It took me probably 6 months before I was to the point where I was smart enough to tune it to go faster.
I can't speak for Richard, but I will always try to help out if I can. I will say that I'm not an absolute tuning wizard. It's just damn difficult trying to tune, 1)having to learn from scratch what you're doing, and 2)having no AWD dyno available.
