Question on exuast install
Hey,
I was just talking with my friend with whom im going to install my helix up and downpipe and blitz cat back with tomorrow morning and we were hoping we would be able to get it all installed in like 4 hours but now were believing thats not possible after talking to a few people.
We've heard it takes like 4 hours just to do an up pipe.
Please give me some advice if we should just do the catback along with downpipe andthen worry about the up pipe another day.
Thanks
Matt

DP and catback are easy.. It sounds like this is your first time tackling something like this; so i'd say give yourself plenty of time (a full day) and try and do it all at once.
Don't forget new gaskets.

the uppipe alone will take you a good 4 hours if its your first time. but dont worry thats the hardest part. the downpipe and catback is pretty easy compared to the uppipe.
dont do one and do the other another day. install them all in one day. to install the uppipe youll have to take off the downpipe. so you're better off installing all together. if anything save the catback for another day.
tip: LOTS AND LOTS OF WD-40
glucK! and have fun with the new exhaust, you'll love it!

wish i would of read this first, installed the dp and cat back and all i must say is absolutely amazing, i can't get enough of this car, i couldn't before this now its like omg all i wanna do is drive,
and if i have to take that dp off again to do the up pipe im gonna freak that thing was a biatch.
first time working on a turbo car, but i worked on my old 350 in my chevy s-10 so i know a little bit about cars, but man we were having a pain in the butt time in getting the dp off.
i think im gonna pay an install place to do my up pipe b/c i just don't have the time to do all of that.
But im giving blitz catback and helix dp 5 thumbs up b/c the quality the power i got and the sound is incredible.
Thanks
