Passing a smog test with full Turbo Back Exhaust

Is it possible? I know Cobb makes a catted full turbo back exhaust, but is it good enough to pass a California smog test? I have a 05 WRX and haven't modded it at all yet and am wondering what I should do. I would perfer not to have to swap out the exhaust everytime I need it smogged.

You should be able to pass as long as you have one cat.
