P1544 Cel Code
Been getting stumbling at 5000rpm at partial throttle not WOT. The other day going up a small windy hill it started stumble in 3rd at 5000rpm, car seemed to go nto a limp mode, engine still running but no throttle response, then check engine light came on. Pulled over popped hood with motor still running, got back in car and power was back. Had CEL checked came back P1544, high egt. temp. My mods are a TXS Stealth Back Ext., Intake mod, TXS Blow-Off valve, and a Hallman MBC at 15psi. I'm planning on removing the MBC, is this the root of my problem? I know increasing boost wiil increase temp. but I didn't think 1 more psi would cause that much higher temp. I've had the Mbc on for about 8 months, this is the second time it lost power and went limp but the first time no CEL apperared. I don't have a Exg. temp. gauge installed yet. Will plugging the stock boost solenoid back in correct this until I can get a UTEC? Is tuning with something like the UTEC or a reflach for your mods the only way to correct this with higher rhan stock boost? Help me LERN.

I noticed you have Stealth Back EXT.
Did you replace your stock Up-Pipe with a Cat-less up pipe?
Sounds like it could be an issue with the EGT. If replace with catless up-pipe or if running stock up-pipe.
If the EGT is the issue scrap it and go with 2.2kohm 1/2 watt resistor in place of it
