P1312!

So this code decides to pop up last week. I clear it and its back! Funny thing is I've already disconnected the connector and inserted the 2.2k resister. It's been fine for the past 30k miles. I'm wondering if the the resister went bad. I'm going to swap out the resister and see if that helps. If it doesn't work anyone got any ideas? I think its pretty ridiculous its coming on when it hasn't been disconnected for 30k miles and has had a cel fix.
