Only 2 psi of boost

I am currently running Cobb stage 2 for about 6 months which was perfictally fine until today. i just installed the prodrive cat delete. When i finished installing the cat delete, and i reflashed my ecu to a fresh stage 2 93 oct v130 and now I can only boost to about 2-5 psi and i have no clue what is making it so low. I was wondering anyone has any suggestions?

btw ive tried restarting the ecu, flashing back to stock then back to stage 2 and now i reverted it back to stock and im going to take it in to the dealership.

What happens if you use the stock map? That's really wierd, my guess is it's something to do with the map and doesn't have much to do with the pipe. I'd avoid the dealer if your car is modded.

Stock map its the same thing no boost, well my warrenty is up and they already know about my mods and they are cool with them. This cat delete is right after the downpipe which is after the turbo. ive been suggested to check the hoses but im am not sure which speciffically to check.

check your i/c, bov and throttle body.

I had a loose hoseclamp on my ic and tb and I lost about 3psi, I tightened it up and am boosting normal again.

+2. Check your intercooler hoses. I've blown the one on the top twice already and I couldn't hit boost at all.

so yeah... i just took out the ic and reinstalled it making sure the hoses were securely tightened and still no boost. I am up to the point of giving up because i took it to the dealership yesterday and i unmarried the ap back to stock and the tech at the dealership drove it around and said it was boosting just fine but it isnt because i can no longer feel a "pull of the turbo" when i accelerate.

wait so the dealer said your car was boosting just fine when you were only hitting 2psi? are you sure your car isnt hitting target boost, or does the butt dyno make u feel like your car is slower than before?

That'rs really wierd that it happened after you installed the cat pipe, Even if you did have an exhaust leak it would have no effect on boost since it's after the turbo. IMHO one of these is your problem:

1)Leaky boost hoses
2)giant exhaust leak at manifold or uppipe
3)your turbo is fuct
4)your wastegate is stuck open

+1 for Butt dyno error?

Are you getting the 2psi from the cobb boost read? 2psi is even too low for wastegate boost, that should be around 7psi....

i figured it out.
the c-clip that holds the waste gate arm popped off at one time and we went and get another and now all is well.

Thanks for posting the final solution. It may help others down the road. Glad to hear your car is back to normal.
