Which oil filter block adaptor is better for oil temp and pressure?? Greddy or wrxtra

i got autometer oil temp and oil pressure gauge ready to install, and i've found both greddy and wrxtra make these block adaptors for easy install on the gauges, but i'm just wondering which one is better? or are they all the same....i couldn't find much reviews about them by using the search button, so if anybody got any reviews about them, please let me know thanks.

I would go with wrxtra. Why> Because it puts each of the sensors where they need to be. The temp one in the pan, and the pressure one is a oil gallery. The Greddy oil filter adapter one could cause you more issues on the long run. If it fails, you lose pressure in a large area. People have used both and not had problems, but I myself would rather keep them separate from the filter and in their own ports. I bought two of each for the Impreza and my legacy turbo.

i kinna don't understand what you mean by "the temp one in the pan, and the pressure one is a oil gallery" cos i thought the wrxtra and greddy one are all from this adaptor above the oil filter.....

It actually takes more effort to do the sandwich adaptor than to do the other 2 plug parts. Besides, the plug parts will give a better reading. The oil temperature one should be where the most oil is and where it's the hottest- thus the best spot is the bottom of the pan. So- you just screw the temp sender into the plug they give you ( make sure it has teflon on the threads) and put it in after your next oil change. As for the oil pressure one- you unscrew the gallery plug behind the alternator, buy the wrxtra's plug, then get an adapter to fit the sender to the plug you get and screw it back in. Not too hard.
