NX Ntercooler vs Nitrous Sytem
hey everyone,
im wondering if i should get the NX ntercooler as im a little scared of a full blown nitrous system , or just get the nitrous (zex 50ish shot?), so far i have:
k&n cold air intake
MRT large *** Top mount intercooler/uppipe/downpipe/midpipe/enpipe
GFB pulleys/BOV
boost control/turbo timer
strut bar/intrax lowering coilovers/ sway bars
syms body kit, and a few interiors
what would work better AND safer for my scoob?
thanks for your help

Car Info: 2002 Sooby WRX (not runing right)
Before you go adding more power think about stoping the car, if it was me I would upgrade the braking system being that the WRX 100-0 fades out. the brakes need some work on your car, id do it next with some brembo's

ECUtek
AcessECU
Or if you like to tinker: UTEC
Once you get the Engine managment, you can tune out so much power... Forget nitrous man!

Are you really asking about an intercooler cooling system or NOS for the car? If you want to go the safe route the Ntercooler (uses NOS to cool the intercooler and nothing else ) would be good. NOS is either wet or dry. Most people use the wet nitrous system on their WRX.

Spray your intercooler with nitrous and get 15hp. Spray your engine with a nos wet kit that comes jetted for 50 hp and get 60hp. It would be better to spray your motor for the money. Sure you can cool down your intercooler but wouldn't you rather cool down your engine while getting 60hp. You have to use a wet kit with any turbo car unless you want to buy a new motor. Nitrous is perfectly fine to use on your wrx, just don't get stupid and jet it for 100hp. A stock wrx with a wet 50 shot will run 12's. Try doing that sprayiing your intercooler.

the ntercooler can get you 50 hp...nos might get you a little more power(depending how much $ you spend)...but the ntercooler is a lot cheaper
