wellm when i has an aem cold air it cause my car to misfire. i then changed them ot one step colder plugs and they went away. so my guess is it would be your intake thats causing it.

The easiest thing to do is pull the plug and look at it. If the plug is jet black and not a shade of chocolate brown, it's running too rich. The other thing that has plagued people have been coil failures. That's easy enough to check. Simply swap coils with #3 and see what happens.
But depending on the intake it could be a rich issue.
The other (more drastic) thing it could be is a lack of compression in cylinder 1. While not typical, it's possible. A compression test is easy, quick, and will identify that problem.
