There is an enormous amount of information on this board for this setup. It is often referred to as the Cobb Stage 2.5 package.
You WILL need EM for this setup. I'm sure there is someone running out there without EM and his car runs fine, etc. but it is never a good idea to change the amount of air and/or fuel in the cylinders without some good EM.
Also, if the price of this is close to breaking the bank (btw, it's cheaper at Gruppe-S), don't do it. If/when you tranny explodes you will need a new one and that is not cheap. Don't modify the car this much without being ready to pay if something terrible happens. Just a good piece of advice.
EM will control the boost for you, so you don't need a BC.
You don't need a new intercooler, but it would be a good idea. Along with new fuel rails.
No intake needed.
EXACT price - Anywhere between $1800 and $8000, depending on fate, driver, passing pigeons, etc.

If you buy the package, you will also need a turbo back exhaust= downpipe+catback, uppipe, good ecu management something like cobb or vishnu, your stock intercooler should be ok, but it would be better to upgrade to a bigger one.

With 3k to spend, I would go ahead and do the Stg 2.5 using Cobb's reflash (send your ECU in if you can't wait for the AP. That's what I did.) and make sure to get some way to monitor the engine. I like the PSI^3 SECS unit. And just in case I didn't use enough acronyms in this post yet, here's a few of my favorites:
PSI, IAT, MBC, EBC, DD, EGT, FUBAR, PHAT

Not just like it. The UTEC is the user tunable engine computer. This lets you tune your ECU any way you want but takes a lot of skill and experience to use properly. The Cobb flash is set and forget, good for those of us who don't know how to tune (yet).

everytime you get a new mod to you car you send it to them for a reflash? do they charge you everytime if you have to do that? and if i got the reflash i could get like a CAI eventually right, i know they are pointless as of now.

You can get a reflash with each new mod, but in most cases you don't have to. With a CAI you would need the new program. The AP lets you flash your own ECU. Cobb does not charge for a reflash, which is very nice of them. Check out
