Intermittent Misfire?

I have a 2003 WRX wagon. 5 speed, 72000miles, all stock.
25mpg and ran perfect till:
A couple of days ago I got a misfire and a flashing check engine light. After parking the car and restarting it to drive home, the check engine light was on steady and the car ran fine. The OBD code read: cylinder 4 low rpm misfire. I checked the coil and plug and it was ok so I reset the OBD. No problems since. Anywhere else I should be checking?
Thanks,
Steve
