I'd rethink the mods especially if this is the first changes for your Subaru. Don't run over 17PSI boost on stock internals- it will shorten engine life. Also- the intake really isn't shown to add much unless you have over 300hp.
Most everyone starts with exhaust- I'm about to go with APS uppipe, Invidia Downpipw, and Greddy Evo catback.
Some people go with a reflash or UTEC- good for 30hp on otherwise stock vehicles. I plan on doing that in a few months, followed by a big TMIC and a VF34 and another reflash or UTEC upload stage. Then I'll be done and looking to move to brakes and suspension.
The above is a logical flow from Stage 1-3 without costing more than $1100 for either Stage 1 or 2, but about $2000 for stage 3.
End result is more HP than I need, and about all the 5 sp will handle.
