bigger fuel injectors (sti pink injectors work great), larger pump (walbro pumps are goood) and some tuning or reflash
and a bigger i/c would be good to have too, but not completely neccessary

to run an "off the shelf" map from a tuner, you will need bigger injectors, bigger pump, and reflash. You may also want to install an up-pipe and down-pipe in the process.
you *can* run the VF34 with the stock injectors and fuel pump, but it's much harder to tune for, and no tuners have an "off the shelf" map for this setup.
