Tire Sale
Hey-
If you're interested, I've posted this on the other forums as well.
I shopped around for tires and rims, and found the rims I wanted. That left me with tires to look for- I read and read and read all the various posts and discovered a lot of people are very happy with the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. It's great in dry weather, great in rain, and apparently does just as well in the snow. It has a 40K treadwear rating, temp is AAA, and traction is also AAA ( it might be AA come to think of it...). Anyways, they're supposedly fantastic tires...just one hitch- they cost anywhere from $197 to $230 each. Soooo... I went to Merchants Tire in Dale City.... All of the Mid Atlantic Merchants Tires are having a tire sale until this SATURDAY. Buy three tires, get the fourth one free. It applies to the Michelin Pilot Sports as well. Yes they have Kumhos also. And Pirelli's. My point is if you're looking for tires, get them soon, because a free tire on a WRX can mean the difference between $600 for tires, or $800 for tires. Ya dig?
p.s.- and No, I dont work for a Tire Co. or Merchants..lol..
